THE WHEELS ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE HUB/DRUM ASSEMBLY.

The risk

THE LUGS CAN LOOSEN RESULTING IN A LOSS OF THE WHEEL INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

The fix

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE WHEELS ON THESE VEHICLES.

SYSTEM: WHEELS; HUB.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: FIFTH WHEEL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH "HAYES"6-LUG, 16" HUB/DRUM ASSEMBLY.NOTE: OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT WESTERN RECREATIONAL AT 1-509-457-4133.
