Are there safety recalls on the 2022 Lexus NX 450H?

NHTSA lists 3 recall campaigns for the 2022 Lexus NX 450H model year. That covers the model year, not this individual car: to see whether a specific vehicle still needs a recall repair, check its VIN on NHTSA.gov or ask a franchised dealer. Recall repairs are done at no charge.

The 2022 Lexus NX 450H has a U.S. EPA estimate of 36 mpg combined (38 city / 33 highway).
